Our founder

Lyford Merrow IV, earned his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University, he brings over a decade of experience as a General Construction Contractor.  Ensuring that every project is designed, constructed and managed with precision and care.

What we do

We handle smaller projects like decks and bathroom remodels, to general contracting a complete home remodel. When general contracting we use our trusted and reliable, licensed subcontractors. We perform the following in house with Merrow Construction employees: framing, flooring, siding, tile work, doors, finish work, windows, and final punch list. We provide project management through out the entirety of the project. Our goal is to establish a trusted relationship with customers through out the project by providing clear and consistent communication to ensure that their dream project come to fruition.
